Consumer Protection Services

Genesee County's Consumer Protection Services is a partnership between senior centers, RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program), the Offices of the Genesee County Sheriff and Prosecutor.

Trained senior volunteers in consumer issues and mediation are placed at local senior centers for the ease of area consumers.

Anyone experiencing a problem with a business or product or who just have a question regarding current scams may call the Krapohl Center at 785-2270 to schedule an appointment with a CPS volunteer.

Complaints may also be called into the main office for Consumer Protection Services at 341- 5923.
